The public is very familiar with racial profiling as a term as it has been a controversial topic for quite some time. The term predictive profiling is not nearly as well known and is far more effective. Many people claim some cases to be racial profiling because they have mistakenly taken two different items and pieced them together.

Drones have many applications for military, commercial and now personal use. As the cost of developing technology is decreasing, the capabilities are increasing. With the advancement of civilian use, drones can travel further and carry larger loads. My fear is criminals will utilize drones the same way military forces have been for years.

Terminating an employee is never an easy task for a manager. Whether with cause or without cause, being the bearer of news that will negatively affect an employee’s life is not an easy role. It is a role that many of us do, but very few receive training, guidance or adequate support.
